Field Trip!!! on Friday March 12th.
We will be going to GORDIES HARPER
BAZAAR.
The cost is $6.00 per person and
includes transportation only. Lunch is
on your own at GORDIES. We will also
stop at the Millersport Market for
Fruits/Veggies/Flowers. Our last stop
will be the Dollar Store near Gordies.
Tickets are on sale now!!!!

All Seniors who

Entertainment/Pizza Party!! We will have a
musical lunch with Mr. Steven Kowalewski on
Monday March 15th. He will entertain us from 1:
00pm to 2:00pm. At 2:00pm we will have our
monthly pizza party. Entertainment/Pizza are free
with your lunch purchase.
Happy St. Patrick's Day.—We will have the Rince
Na Tiarna Irish Dancers here on Wednesday March
17th to entertain us. They will dance from 12:
30pm to 1:30pm. Bingo will start after the
dancers. Enjoy a corned beef lunch, special treats
on all the lunch tray's and watch the young ladies
dance for a festive St. Patrick's Day.
** We encourage lunch participation - please if
you are coming to this event - Sing up for lunch.
Seats in the dining room will be reserved for lunch
participants only!!!
Monthly Card Party.—Thursday, March 18 from
1:00pm to 3:00pm. Cake bakers and card players
always welcome and appreciated. Bring a
friend!!!
Erin Brunch. From Just Say Yes To Fruits and
Vegetables will be here on Monday, March 22nd at
12:30pm to fix a healthy dessert and pass out
samples. We will do this for all lunch participants,
Samples and chances to win fruit/veggie bags will
be included with a lunch purchase. Free coffee on
Monday, Free baked goods!! Sign up for lunch
now.!!!
Exercise Room. Treadmills, Exercise bikes,
weights etc. will be accessible beginning March
8th. and then every Monday from 11:00am to
Noon. You must check with your doctor first to
see if this type of exercise is right for you. You
must use the room in groups of three(3) or more.
This is Free, but we encourage lunch participation,
so sign up for lunch on the days you exercise!!

AARP- Safe Driving Program. Monday and Tuesday March
29th and 30th. Call council Member Joe Golombeks’ office to
register at 851-5116. You must attend both days for the
insurance discount.
TRIP to Seneca Casino - Niagara Falls, N.Y.
If you signed the sheet indicating you would like to go
remember you still must come in and buy your ticket. We
are counting on you to participate if you signed the list.
Tickets go on sale Dyngus Day, Monday, April 5th. The trip
will take place Monday, April 19th,. The cost is $15.00 per
person.
Easter Meal! - Wednesday March 31st. We will make our
special Easter theme lunch/gift card raffle. All lunch tray
will have a special Easter treat. We will also have a raffle
for 6 - $10.00 Tops gift cards.
Birthday Party for April!!. On Friday, March 26th we will
celebrate all April birthday's. If you have a birthday in April,
join us and the Northwest Buffalo Advisory Board will pay
for your lunch!! Free cake and ice cream for all lunch
participants.
Northwest Seniors. Please refrain from bringing outside
food into our dining room. We have a lunch program and
encourage you to purchase a well balanced meal. If you
must eat please do so at home. Would you take a bagged
lunch to a restaurant??
Join us to Color Easter Eggs for all lunch trays for the
Easter week. We will color approximately 16 dozen eggs
on Monday March 29th at 9:00 am

- A huge thank you to all the bakers/buyers that
participated in our Valentine's Day bake sale. We
raised $114.75!! Thank you it was a huge success.!!!
