Munchkinland Day Care Center is a New York State licensed Day Care
that is open to all children 10 months through 12 years of age. Munchkinland is
a not-for-profit satellite program of the Northwest Buffalo Community Center.
Munchkinland's goal is to support and strengthen the role of the parent while providing
quality day care during their absence. A daily program of developmental activities which
are designed to meet the interests, needs and capabilities of each child are planned
and implemented by a caring and qualified staff.
Since opening our hearts and doors in 1984, many changes have taken place not only
in the neighborhood, but also in the needs of our participants and their families.
By remaining flexible, we have continued to attain our main goal; which is to provide
quality day care. The dedicated and caring staff accomplishes this goal by offering a
safe, healthy, educational and loving environment. This affords our parents the
opportunity to continue their employment and/or education with confidence
knowing their children are receiving the utmost of quality care.
We look forward to the future and our continued ability to successfully achieve our goals.
